Ensuring a Peaceful Experience for All. Our sessions are designed to be a focused, private 50-minute retreat for you and your dog. To respect the next guest's schedule and give us time for thorough sanitation, please end your session on time.

  • Session Extension: If a session runs over the allotted 50 minutes, a fee of $10 per 10-minute increment will be applied. This helps us manage our schedule and ensure no dog’s private time is interrupted.

The VITALIXIR Private Wash Area is OUTSIDE. If it’s raining, we will be closed.

House Rule for VITALIXIR Private Dog Wash

*All dogs must be on a 6-foot or shorter leash at all times and under control.

*Pets must always be supervised by an adult and never be left unattended while in our facility.

*Make sure your pets are secure in the tub before you start washing.

*For safety, if your dog needs an extra distance from people, please let us know when you check in. (All our staff will minimize access to the area)

*To ensure we can accommodate all our customers' needs, we ask you to limit the use of the private area to 50 minutes. (Over time, a fee will be added)

*Pets with flea infestations must be treated prior to entering our facility
