Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please allow 3–10 business days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please email us at DogInfo@Sdk9to5.com so we can review the status of your order. We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Returns

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. After inspecting the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer's or payment provider's processing time. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any applicable shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
